1. About the service

Astral offers daily astrology and tarot readings and a paid "Deep Reading". By using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. For entertainment

All content is for entertainment and self-reflection. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice, and does not guarantee results. Your decisions are your own responsibility; seek a qualified professional when you need one.

3. Prices, payment and delivery

Astral offers two options, paid by card (with Apple Pay / Google Pay where available), processed by Stripe:

• Single reading — $1.99: one Deep Reading (one-time payment).
• Monthly membership — $9.99/month: access to Deep Readings, with automatic renewal each month.

Access is unlocked as soon as payment is confirmed. Prices may change at any time; the price that applies is the one shown in the app at the time of purchase.

4. Account and access

To restore your access and unlock your reading on any device, we create an account linked to your email. Sign-in is by magic link sent to your email (no password). For this, we store in your account your email, the name and date/time of birth you provide (to generate your reading) and your membership status. Use of this data is detailed in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining access to the registered email.

5. Renewal and cancellation

The monthly membership is recurring: it renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app (the "Manage membership" button, which opens Stripe's secure portal). Canceling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period already paid. The single reading is a one-time payment, with no renewal.

6. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days if the reading was not delivered or there was a payment error. Because the content is digital and delivered immediately, after delivery the amount may not be refundable, except in the case of a proven problem. Requests: contato@leituraastral.com.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, nor to copy, resell or redistribute the content without authorization.

8. Intellectual property

The name, visual identity and texts of Astral belong to the operator of Astral.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the content, nor for temporary service unavailability.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top indicates the current version.
